New York Fashion Week has ended and we’re already looking across the sea at several upcoming extravaganzas, like the current London Fashion Week to Paris Fashion Week (which I’ll be attending in a couple weeks). All we have now from NYFW are our fond memories of Spring/Summer 2014 and the remaining (but certainly some of the best) street style looks from the well-dressed male attendees, captured by photographer Andrew Werner. Take a look at how these dapper gents made their way into the Tents — and be sure to notice Brad Goreski (above) and Marie Claire‘s Kyle Anderson (first below).
In fashion, it’s all about the details. Take Alexander Liang (shown above), for example. This editor of Kenton Magazine makes a beautiful statement with a printed shirt and bomber jacket by pairing them with solid yet bold pants and shoes. However, the handy clutch and mirrored sunnies are really what tie this outfit together handsomely.
After the jump, check out more looks from New York Fashion Week Day 2, as photographed by Andrew Werner from Andrew Werner Photography.
New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2014 is off to a bang at New York City’s Lincoln Center. Here, our friend photographer Andrew Werner from Andrew Werner Photography has captured some of the best men’s street style from Day 1.
Take a look at these men — and stay tuned to our street style coverage by Andrew Werner. (There’s also a women’s street style going on over at The Aspiring Fashionista.)
Originally $220 (now $110), this item won’t be around for long! What do you think… what would you tote this with?
It’s about Father’s Day, and that means the time has arrived to treat our cool dads. For him, there’s nothing better than giving a perfectly stylish yet masculine accessory, such as a hat, duffel bag, cufflinks or wallet. For the men who likes to grill or cook, you’ll find the Ekstedt Apron by Sandqvist will keep your loved one clean and protected from any high-flying flames. To top this guide off, make sure your old man is taking care of his skin, with a few must-have skincare products by Ursa Major. (And be sure to check that out for yourself.)
Here’s a roundup to help you show your father how special he is, via AnthemWares.com, the e-commerce site curating a blend of unique luxury brands from artisan makers, such as Soulland, Tailfeather, Khoi Le and many others. Check out all the details below.
Introducing a tool for every aspiring fashionisto: Tie Society, a “Netflix for Neckties.” This subscription service for men looking to dress for success is new, cool and simple. You are able to choose the tie you want, keep as long as you want and exchange whenever you want. (All with free shipping!)
Here’s a fresh play on stripes, combining two of my greatest loves, canvas and calf leather. This folio by Spanish designer Steve Mono is great for papers or computers (or simply as my favorite new accessory — the “man clutch”).
Oh, the winter. It’s dark and grey out there, and while others may opt for the t-shirt-and-sweats look for the weekend, I’m planning a great dark and grey outfit to jive up this dull-weathered weekend. Here’s a look I thought would be perfect for the weekend, via Assembly New York.
Spring Break is coming up soon for those of you still in school (and for me, I’m looking forward to hopefully taking a few days out of the office). Regardless of where you’re currently sitting or studying, the beach is calling our names — or at least the temps are. It’ll be warming up shortly, and I’m looking forward to some warmth after this frigid winter!
Whether you’re planning an excursion to the beach or already living in a warm region (lucky you), here’s a look at everything you need for your warm-weathered Spring Break jaunt.
Hmm, I’m not going to comment much on this one, except to say here’s the short film directed by Guy Ritchie to celebrate the launch of the updated David Beckham for H&M collection. I think the entire package speaks for itself. Pun. Intended.
Check it out!
